Kingsley Ogunde, who has the call of God for a singing Ministry as you all know, is already an household name in the entertainment industry right from Nigeria in Africa. He is now based in the United States.

Born and brought up in Lagos to both Delta State parents, Kingsley is a complete and talented artist, a song writer, producer, instrumentalist, and fine artist who wrote every song in all his current 5 (five) albums. While at SONY Music, the Ace producer, Laolu Akins, produced one of his albums " ARE YOU SURE" during his (Kingsley) 3yrs contract with the company.

Kingsley Ogunde's kind of music is called the Kingsmen Music, meant to trill both Christians and our social gatherings. The award winning and soul winner songstar started his music carreer in 1988. He was the first gospel artist to win the award of the best sonorous singer in 1991; nominee in the fame award as one of best artist in 1995; best contemporary artist in 1997; awarded 2001 best African gospel artist in the United States. Kingsley who is well known for his energetic and powerful stage craft is not only a concert material but also a blessing to both church goers and non church goers. He has won a lot of soul to the glory of God through his kind of music, that is why Gospel musician association of Nigeria (GOMAN) named him commander of gospel music. This Award was recieved in 1997.

His kind of music, that made him the taste of the youth, is packed with afro/highlife/ electrifying juju with western instrument and local percussions, though with gospel massages. Kingsley's band consist of 8 to 10 men on stage at a time. He is mostly seen weekends in Christian functions like Birthday parties, weddings parties, Church Anniversaries, crusades, Banquets, community and social functions. He has just released the Video/DVD of is latest album "I WILL DANCE LIKE THIS". Kingsley Ogunde is always in a nonstop nation wide tour.
